Amy Cuddy, a social psychologist and researcher at Harvard University gave an eye opening at TED talk in 2012 on the subject of using body language and the impact it has on hormones.
Cuddy and her team explains that the act of altering body position not only signals more power, but it also impacts in the body that make you feel like you have more confidence and chances for success.
