If you suffer from difficulty of getting and keeping a harder erection on command or clinically known as erectile dysfunction, low sex drive or libido, orgasm trouble, shrinkage of the testicles, lack of concentration, fatigue, difficulty sleeping and losing weight…your testosterone levels could be to blame of all these symptoms you are getting.
Normally, the testosterone level in boys before puberty is low. However, testosterone level increases during puberty where boys develop a secondary sexual characteristics such as deepening of a voice, getting body and facial hair, getting leaner and bigger muscles.
When a man reaches around the age of 20’s, production of testosterone level is at the highest and then gradually slows down over the age of 35 and may fall below the normal range.
In healthy adult male, normal testosterone level generally ranges between 300 ng/dL and 1050 ng/dL.

Although osteoporosis is very common in menopausal women, it can be a problem for men too with low T because it leads to lower bone-mineral density.

As men gets older, most of them experience some form of hair loss or balding. Scientists have discovered that those men who are prone to early baldness have hereditary genes that are hypersensitive to the male hormone called dihydrotestosterone (DHT).
DHT is found in skin, hair follicles, and in the prostate gland. When testosterone transforms into DHT, it “squeezes” hairfollicles, that’s what causes hair loss. Men with Low-t may also experience loss of body hair and facial hair.
